1. How to trust you are a credible company ?

We have big investment in our company, business and brand. For example, we have been spending a lot of time, energy on building our Website. The investment is much more than a few pieces of mobile phones. You can do your own research before make your first purchase with us. Another thing is you can see our website of 23K more visitors, there is no reason for us to give up the investment, our good name and our Website for just a few pieces of mobile phones.


2. Im not in Penang Malaysia, how can i get my phones ?

Yes, you can, we send to nationwide Malaysia, Singapore,Indonesia by Airpak, DHL, FedEx


3. How to place my order ?

4. What payment method you accept ?

We accept payment by bank transfer and paypal. We dont accept credit card.


5. How long for the payment to arrive ?

After you do your payment by bank transfer, please sms us directly what time and the amount of your payment, we direct online cross check and can confirm back to you in a moment.


6. How long i have to wait after i pay ?

For nationwide malaysia it usually takes 1-3 working days after we received the payment.But mostly our customer received their order in just 1 day after their payment.
For Singapore and Indonesia,it takes 3-6 working days after we received the payment.


7. How do i know when you send the phones and how to trace the shipment ?

We will sms your tracking number before 8pm working days the same day when we received your payment. You can trace the shipment on courier's website to see the status of your parcel.


8. I receive the parcel, but some phones lost or damaged, what to do?

We put several seals on earch parcel. If any seal broken when you receive the parcel, please check the content and quantity inside the parcel according to airway bill or invoice face to face with the courier. If there was any shortage or damage, please write down actual quantity in the airway bill or invoice and get the courier's confirmation for it, such as his signature so that compensation can be claimed from the courier.
Please send us email if there was any lose ,shortage and damage. Please send email on the same days of receiving the parcel. Please take photos for any damage and send us in the email.


9. What's the warranty of the mobile phone ?

Service warranty mobile phones is 2 months.


10. My phone has a problem, what to do ?

12. Can you do COD ( Cash on Delivery ) ?

Yes, we can do FREE COD as long as your area in penang island, and as long as you are already our regular customer or regular phone dealer, or if you are from our regular customer or our regular dealer reference, as for our safety reason that our delivery staff got robbed several times by some strange online visitors that asked for COD, and when our staff reached their place, then got robbed.


13. Are your prices negotiable?

Prices showing on our site are retail prices. Get a 10% Discount of all our products for your second purchase, submit your email address and do your first purchase from us. For Serious buyer and large quantity can sms or call us for the transaction or negotiation.


14. Does your prices include shipping cost?

No, all our prices don't include shipping cost, except for the Hot Offer Super Promo, we give you a Free Delivery Charge


15. Can I order one phone only? What's your minimum order quantity?

We don't have limitation for most mobile phones if you don't see minimum order quantity in product description page. You can order one phone only.


16. I didn't see a shipping cart and "Add to Cart" buttons on your site, how can I buy directly on your site?

All orders processed through email, sms, call or live support. Please let us know mobile phone model numbers and your quantity by email, sms or call us.


17. What's the warranty of the mobile phones?

Warranty for all our China Mobile Phones showing on our Web site is 60 days on transceiver only (case and LCD screen not included).


18. Are the mobile phones locked or unlocked?

All unlocked.


19. How can I install software and theme on the phone?

Only Windows mobile phones and Java supported mobile phones allow installation. Most phones doesn't allow software installation.


20. How to setup the GPRS and MMS in the phone?

Different service providers have different setting for GPRS and MMS, such as server name, user name and passsword. You have to email us what is your Telco service provider for the setting and we will reply you the setting code and you do manually input all the setting from your phone.


21. Can you send me a price list of all your mobile phones?

22. I want to resell your phone or be your dealer, what's the terms and conditions?

Basic requirement include experience in mobile phone business, resource to supply after sale service. You can see more information on "How to be our dealer" page.
